Customer Checklist for Vehicle Inspection:
Application for a Certificate of Title or Salvage/ Rebuilt Title assigned to applicant
For an Assembled Vehicle, an application for a Certificate of Title or Manufacuters Certificate of Orgin assigned to applicant
Any picturess taken prior to rebuild
Any parts or mechanical receipts for vehicle, in owners name
Copy of Dealers License, or if an individual, copy of Driver License
Inspection Fee is $100.00
Inspection has to be done by appointment only.
